We are looking for a proven, hands-on Project Manager for our Dallas, TX office with 5 years + building and concrete construction experience to join our winning team. Bridge experience and/or post-tensioning a plus.  Must understand concepts and create innovative solutions while learning every aspect of the business.  Responsibilities include field and team management, scheduling, estimating, negotiating with subcontractors, purchasing of materials and equipment, generating all documentation, and managing safety & QC.  BSCE a plus. Must have strong leadership skills to effectively lead your team.  Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to work in a quickly changing open team environment are also required.
