Project Coordination
VSL has developed software that allows digital recognition of post-tensioning drawing entities and automatically generates tendon schedules showing identification tags, quantities, lengths, color codes and tendon elongations. The program also includes automatic generation of support schedules detailing the heights and quantities of the chair supports. Shop fabrication orders are automatically generated and fed directly to computerized strand cutting lines resulting in superior accuracy.
Manufacturing
All VSL manufacturing facilities in the United States are certified by the Post-Tensioning Institute’s (PTI) Plant Certification Program to ensure the highest quality fabrication of materials and equipment. Dedicated project coordinators and project managers work closely with contractors and engineers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of material, equipment and services.
